Cassandra Whitlow was born and raised in Miami, FL. She graduated from Fayetteville State University and served two terms as an AmeriCorps Volunteer, now an Alumni. She has been in Corporate America as a Recruiting Expert since 2000 coaching and advising thousands of candidates in preparation for interviews and has trained and counseled hiring managers in interview strategies as well as deliberated with them in selecting top candidates for hire. She is passionate about helping young professionals understand the importance of professionalism and bringing soft skills to work.
She has done numerous workshops, been a career panelist, created and delivered Employee Engagement programs for organizations and companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Charlotte Mecklenburg School System, and Bank of America to name a few. She is also a Career Expert Talk Show guest sharing career advice and topics.
